In this article, it is time to talk about beliefs. What do you believe? Are you even aware of your thoughts? You have over 50,000 thoughts in a day and your beliefs are just thoughts that you keep thinking. Your beliefs are driving your vibration and your vibration is what aligns you with what you want.

Scrolling Pinterest or Facebook, you see a lot. So many comments about relationships gone bad, lack of financial abundance, need to “win the lottery” and so much more. As a high-level mentor and teacher of Energetic Vibration and Intentional Manifestation, I can very quickly pinpoint what is actually behind whatever issues the person complaining about. It is quite simple.
This is an energetic universe. The universe is a mirror that reflects back to you whatever matches your vibration. Your vibration is made up of your Thoughts, Beliefs, Feelings, Intentions, Decisions, and Actions. Breaking it down further… your beliefs are thoughts that you keep thinking. Beliefs are so important. They matter because if you were to shift your core beliefs, you would change your feelings about the situation and thus your intentions, decisions, and actions will also adjust.
Simply said…If you don’t like the life you are living right now, choose new beliefs.
So what are beliefs? Like I said above, beliefs are thoughts that you keep thinking over and over. Where do these thoughts/beliefs come from? Most of the beliefs you have were formed when you were a young child. They are embedded into your subconscious before you were 6 years old. So they come from the people you were around most like your parents or your siblings etc.
You think over 50,000 thoughts in a day. Most of those thoughts are underneath the surface and you aren’t even aware of them.
Let’s do a little exercise, called the 7 Step Belief Awareness Process… This will not focus on the subconscious thoughts. This exercise will focus on the Conscious thoughts you have. What are you actively thinking where your desires are concerned?

If you said Yes.
If you said Yes. That is awesome. You have the same beliefs as the YOU who has what you want. You are BEING HER NOW. You are on your way to actualizing that vision in this 3D reality. You will become what you are being!
If you said No
If you said No, It is ok. This is a Judgement Free Zone. The next move is yours. If you want to remain where you are you can choose to keep thinking the same thoughts and embracing those beliefs. If you want to step into your vision and become that NOW, you will have to shift.
If you said No
I say, CONGRATULATIONS! You are right. These beliefs aren’t yours and you can now choose what you want to believe going forward.
If you said Yes to any of these questions
I have good news for you. It’s ok. You get to choose. If you want to believe whatever it is you believe that is fine. However, in order to align with the life you want, you have to believe that those beliefs can be changed. In order for you to align with what you want, you will have to make a shift to believing and acting like the woman who already has whatever it is you want. The good news is that you can change your beliefs whenever you are ready. So whatever you answered there is always hope and possibilities.
Now you get to change your beliefs. If the title didn’t give it away, you can choose your beliefs. It’s up to you. Whatever you really want to believe, choose to believe it now.
My suggestion is to close your eyes and become the you who ALREADY HAS what you are MANIFESTING.
Here are some examples of great core beliefs
Every day, read those beliefs out loud. In your journal, affirm and feel those beliefs every morning. Throughout the day think those beliefs and remind yourself about your new beliefs. When you see something counter to your new beliefs, remind yourself about your new beliefs.
