How To Manifest More Time

NOT ENOUGH TIME?  THAT IS JUST YOUR BS STORY   

Not enough time?  That is just your BS story.  I know because it used to be mine.  


  • You are probably saying things like….I have so much to do.  How can I have more time?
  • Maybe you are thinking things like….I need to be more organized.  How can I get more done?
  • Or I wish there was more time in the day


Have you EVER felt like this way?  My guess is yes.   Well, the next time you are feeling like that remember this… Time is just a construct.  Surprise, you don’t need more time to “do” anything.


 

MY RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME

I remember a while ago I was going through a time when I felt like there weren’t enough hours in the day.  I was working over 100 hours a week. I was trying to balance my corporate job and my own business.  I was working and working and really not getting anything done.  I constantly felt like I was always trying to catch up.    There was Firedrill after Firedrill on my Team.  I experienced overload setting up various tasks with my business.  It felt like it would never stop.


Nothing I did worked the way it was designed to work.  There was always something else that needed to be done.  another problem that needed to be solved and more work that needed to be done.


But I did the following 5 Things and EVERYTHING Changed….

5 STEPS I TOOK TO MANIFEST MORE TIME


STEP 1: DECIDED

decided that I didn’t like what overwhelm felt like.   I decided that I had enough feeling overworked and tired.  I decided that EASE and FLOW were going to be my natural state.


STEP 2: CHANGED MY FOCUS

I started to shift my focus from the overwhelm to having more time.  I started to state “I have so much free time” instead of repeatedly saying that “I have so much to do” or “I am so busy.”  Words matter.  By shifting my words, I shifted my focus from never having enough to having more than enough time.


STEP 3: DETERMINED HOW I WANTED TO FEEL

After deciding that I was DONE with feeling overwhelmed and tired, I asked myself how I would feel if I had more free time.  I determined that I would feel more EASE and more IN THE FLOW.


STEP 4: FELT THE FEELING OFTEN

Once I determined HOW having more time would feel, I intentionally started feeling EASE more often.  I started my morning off with a 2-minute focus of feeling EASE.  When I wasn’t sure how ease would feel, I would just ask “How would it feel If I had more time?  How would it feel if I had more ease.”  And then I would sit in that feeling for 2 minutes.


STEP 5: EMBODIED THE FEELING

Throughout my day, I would embody the feeling.  See manifesting is about feeling the feeling of HAVING what you DESIRE NOW in your total self.  So that means… MINDBODY & SOUL.  In order to do this, I would take 5-minute bathroom breaks throughout the day and sit on the toilet and breathe.  During that time, I would take deep breaths and think EASE, EASE, EASE.  Sometimes I would just sit and appreciate the free time I had even if it was only 5 minutes away from my desk.


WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?

Two weeks later I manifested 5 more days of vacation!



I found out that there was a new policy.  People at my level NOW received 3 weeks of vacation vs. the 2 weeks I thought I had.  Isn’t that awesome????!!!  

 

I manifested 5 more days of vacation.  MORE TIME!



Not only that… but my work started to feel lighter.  I began to have more and more free time. Things started falling into place.  The work got done without me having to “do” anything.  

LOOK…It really wasn’t about getting more time so that I could “do” more.  I aligned with the vibration of ease and having tons of free time and I manifested 1) More Vacation (everyone wants that) & 2) Way more ease.


 

HOW TO APPLY THIS TO ANYTHING

All you need to do is:

  • FEEL the way you want to FEEL NOW.  
  • GET QUIET
  • LISTEN to your INSPIRATION,
  • MOVE as soon as you FEEL INSPIRED and
  • ALLOW the universe to bring those people, places, and things to you.

Write about how great it feels to have all of this free time.

And how happy you are to have this free time to do all the things you love.

Feel how amazing it feels to have all the free time NOW.
