Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
Digital Products:
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any technical issues or believe there was a mistake with your purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Mentoring & Coaching Services:
Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable. This policy ensures both parties are fully committed to the process. For all coaching services, a separate contractual agreement is providing detailing the services you receive and the responsibilities for each party. Each contract is required to be fully executed before services begin.
